- Food Challenge Orders: While we are working from home, we ask that clinicians please use the following process to submit orders:

- Complete order forms (PDF blanks are attached to this email and are also available on the Fegan 6 sharepoint site)
- Send early peanut or open clinic challenge orders as an email attachment to Pai-Lin. She will then upload all orders to a shared folder for processing by nursing.
- Send CAT/CR orders to Suinely as a PowerChart message attachment.
- Phlebotomy is open at Longwood and Waltham and will open in Peabody and Weymouth on Monday, May 11.

- If you are sending patients for blood draws, make sure that orders are in PC and that a phlebotomy visit has been scheduled. If patients show up and no orders are in place they will be sent away as will unscheduled walk-ins.
- Our PER’s can schedule phlebotomy or patients can self-schedule at: 617 355-5618
