Dictating punctuation in Dragon

To place punctuation around text
-
- Say Put <punctuation> around selection to place punctuation at the beginning and end of the selected text.
- Say Put <punctuation> around that to place punctuation at the beginning and end of the last phrase you dictated.
- Say Put <punctuation> around <text> to place punctuation at the beginning and end of the specified text.
You can use these commands with:
-
- Quotation marks
- Parentheses
- Brackets
- Braces
To bullet the selection or the current paragraph:
Say “Make That Bullet Style”.
To number the selection or the current paragraph:
Say “Make That Numbered”.
To remove bulleting or numbering from the selection or the current paragraph:
Say “Make That Not Bullet Style” or “Make That Not Numbered”.
To begin and end a list:
- Place the cursor where you want the list to begin.
- Say “Make That Bullet Style” or “Make That Numbered”.
- Dictate your points, saying “New Line” as needed to start a new point.
- Once your list is complete, end it by saying “Make That Not Bullet Style” or “Make That Not Numbered”.
